Slushy Morning

The snow they were forecasting came but it was only about 35 degrees so it was soupy on the ground. Not the crisp crunch stuff that isn’t so bad. When it stays warm none of the mud freezes so it’s kind of a mess. At least it was pretty for a while. We still have to take care of the creatures so I took some pictures.

DSCF2684Hi Mom!

DSCF2662 Lisa and Heather fed the horses.

DSCF2664 The minis eat in the barn.

DSCF2663 Daffodil still thinks she’s a dog. The dogs don’t think so.

DSCF2668 Backyard.

DSCF2671 Heather helped me with Louie and Larry. We took them some hay and grain.

DSCF2673 The big horses got a bale of hay. We moved the hay rack under the horse port. Jazz was confused.

DSCF2678 Winter wonderland. It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

DSCF2679 The girls got to come out in the snow. Mud and long-haired dogs don’t really mix well.

  1. Hi Jim! Thanks for the winter wonderland pictures.....we watched the annual Merritt Island boat parade this evening. Beautiful lights on all the boats.
