Hen House Roof

The roof is up on the hen house. It came out pretty good. We used the Mansea Metals material like we did on the tractor port. This time it is the same color as the barn roof with white trim. We’ll get the gable edge and ridge cap later. Now we can do the floor in the shade.

Lisa has been working on the outdoor pen. It has welded wire on the bottom which is embedded in the ground several inches. It will have poultry wire above the welded wire and across the top. We’ll add the small chicken wire at the bottom in case we have chicks.

Lisa was combing burrs out of the minis’ tails.
