Lenny noticed the birds. He finds them quite entertaining. Lisa put them in a bigger cage. One of the males is getting picked on so we might put him in another cage. It's getting pretty cold out. It's 4º now and is supposed to go below 0º tonight. The pond is frozen hard. I threw a big rock in and it just bounced.
The pond is frozen... time to learn to ice skate...
ReplyDeleteYes, great idea Andy. I'd love to see Jim ice skating.
ReplyDeleteThose are some beautiful pictures of the pond.
What do the birds think of Lenny sitting so close?
I bet the birds are nervous. Lenny looks like he's licking his chops.
ReplyDeleteWow how cool!!!
ReplyDeleteGlad the birds like there new cage. I think the ice is thin to skate on.
ReplyDeletesweetness! just ice skate with your boots! better traction when you need it. Lenny's got to share his sitting spots with the cage now.
ReplyDeleteJim said he could see Heidi's hoof prints partway out into the pond, surprisingly she didn't fall through! The birds haven't had a heart attack yet, so I guess they will be okay!
