Drainage Improvements

The new gutter and downspout work so well moving water that it floods by the sidewalk when it rains. The plan is to dig a trench along the sidewalk and put in a drain tile. It will connect to the catch basin along with the pipe from the downspout. The catch basin will drain through a pipe I'll tunnel under the sidewalk. I picked up the supplies from Lowe's this afternoon. I'll be doing some digging this weekend. Lisa mowed the front pasture this afternoon with the John Deere. The zero turn is still in the shop. I mowed the front yard with the push mower. We wanted to get it done before the rain came this evening.
