Spring is Coming

We’ve had a few warm days. It’s up in the 40s today. I fixed the roof on the sheep shed. Andy and Heather put up a new shed for the bunnies. We’ll start the new floor for the metal shed soon. It is going over by the barn to be a hay shed. That gets it out of the way for the carport we are going to build next to the garage. We have a plan.

DSCF2969 See the green? The herbivores love it.

DSCF2978 Daffodil was looking for the choice hay.

  1. Woo hoo for green! We've had lots of rain so far this year - over our average. All the normally brown mountains are green.

How fast can Louie run? I imagine pretty fast if he needs to.

  2. Dafodil knows where to get the good stuff!
Does Louie, llama, ever come to you? when you have a bucket of corn?

  3. Hi Mom, Yes Louie comes over when I have a bucket. He walks along next to me with his head on my shoulder trying to get in the bucket. Unlike Larry, I can just give Louie a shove and he moves.

Kathy, Louie can move fast, he rarely does, but he can. He doesn't seem to run around for fun like the horses do. He mostly likes to sit in the hay and chew.
