First Lambs of 2014

Ivy was the first ewe in with the rams and she was the first one to have lambs. She was good, she came up to the barnyard gate on Saturday morning and waited for Lisa to let her in. She sat around in the barn and delivered her lambs in the afternoon.

Cats are not welcome in the lambing stall.

 The white one is the ewe lamb. She is about 15 minutes old here.

 The brown one is the ram lamb. Steve fathered these.

 Sue was running around the lawn tractor while Lisa was mowing. She had green feet so there was no denying it.

 It was a beautiful weekend in Kentucky.

 The llamas are doing well. It is nice having llamas that don't try to trample you when you go in the pasture with them.

 All the pretty pregnant ewes. Who will be next?
